Rx will run RexxMast if you try ot execute an ARexx script witohut the
resident process running.

It's a core part of ARexx.

You could try removing all ARexx modules from DOpus5:Modules. DOpus runs
these on startup to initialise them. *Any* ARexx script will do this, so
you either have to do without ARexx or stop applying a buggy patch to
Exec.
